Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Timeframe: The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within the 7-day window. We will arrange a replacement or return.
Items Eligible for Return
Currently, all items are eligible for return if found to be damaged or defective, provided the original unboxing video is submitted as proof.
Return Shipping and Pickup
If your return request is approved due to a damaged or defective product:
- We will arrange pickup from your delivery location.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by drrelax.shop.
- In case of a replacement, the new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Once the exchange is approved, the replacement/exchange item will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.

When contacting us, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video showing the damage.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for damaged or defective products, subject to availability. If approved, we will handle the pickup of the defective item and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Refunds
Refund Method
After the returned product is received and verified (based on your unboxing video), your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Once the refund is approved or processed, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 2 business days.
Deductions
There are no deduction fees for returns that meet our policy conditions, including valid proof of damage.
